An Invitation to Hindu-Christian Studies

Journal Subscriptions and Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Society for Hindu-Christian Studies and the Journal of Hindu-Christian Studies. We are able to provide our annual meeting programming and continue the work of the journal only through your support.

Society membership is an automatic benefit of all paid journal subscriptions for individual scholars with terminal degrees in related academic disciplines (e.g., religious studies, theology, South Asia area studies) researching and/or teaching in the field of Hindu-Christian studies, or students enrolled in graduate programs in relevant disciplines. (Other individuals, such as clergy or pandits with scholarly training, may be welcomed as members at the discretion of the society’s board.)

Only society members may vote in society elections and on other society matters at the annual meeting. While those who live in South Asia can register here for a free journal subscription, they should be aware that only paid journal subscriptions confer membership, and then only to individuals qualified as above.

Please also consider our multi-year, lifetime, and supporting subscription/membership options (see options/prices below).

If you have any questions or issues related to registration, please contact Chad Bauman (cbauman@butler.edu).
